Return Policy

At Hexx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1. We accept returns for most items within 60 days of the date your order was delivered.
1.2. Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
1.3. Certain products, including opened or used items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety concerns. This applies to items like personal care devices  that have been opened or used.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.


2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hexx.store with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

2.2. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
2.3. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.


3. Return Shipping Costs

3.1. Domestic Returns:

  • If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you’re returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3.2. International Returns:

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

4.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4.3. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

5.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
5.2. If the item you are exchanging is defective or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@hexx.store.
6.2. We will ask for photos of the damage or defect and assist you in processing a return or replacement.


7. Non-Returnable Items

7.1. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used, unless defective or damaged
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified)

8. Order Cancellations

8.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hexx.store.
8.2. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to follow the return process once your order is delivered.
